The popular "Nakameguro Blue Cave" was held in Meguro River in 2014 and revived in 2016 by relocating to Shibuya.
Last year it was crowded with about 2.8 million visitors during the period.
A total of 800m from Yoyogi Park Zelkova Namiki to Shibuya Koen-dori Street is lit up with about 600,000 blue LEDs.
In addition, it attracts visitors with romantic lights, such as several types of light-moving effects, effects of waving down a tree-lined path from the back, and effects of shining randomly.
